missions

At SDFC, our understanding of missions is a commitment to serving our local and global communities. We are active in supporting organizations whose impacts are felt here at home and around the world. On a semi-annual basis, we host local service days for our church members to give back to our partner organizations, and occasionally offer opportunities for international mission trips as well. We volunteer and support these local ministries: Living Water Nazarene Church in downtown, Mid-City Nazarene Church, Loaves and Fishes in Ocean Beach and Third Avenue Charitable Organization (TACO).  Sylvia Parsons leads our once a month sandwich ministry when we assemble after church 150 sandwiches for TACO.  We have also built a house with Amor Ministries in Tijuana.

SDFC's NMI President is Louann Martin. Feel free to reach out if you have questions or suggestions: louannmartin8@gmail.com
